I am just responding because you sent me this email. I was first sent an email saying that my order was due to be delivered on May 2. Then that evening it said it was going to be delayed. Then I didn't get any information until May 5 saying it had left a facility halfway across the US from where I lived. Then this morning I got a text saying it left that facility, by the way today is May 8. I honestly have no clue when my order will ever arrive. But I know it definitely won't be in time for Mother's Day.
I ordered a bracelet for my god child's pictures, the only reason I went with this company I'd that they assured I'd have my item ON TIME. Payed extra for overnight shipping, was even lied to and told that if i used the instant gift option it would be made quicker LIES. They shipped the bracelet literally the day before they said it would be delivered sent me a tracking number and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PRODUCT. My godchild ended up taking pictures without it. I'll never order here again

Just received my ring today for my daughter’s birthday. It is beautiful. This is her first birthday without her father, and I designed it with her father’s birthstone as the main stone. It is the princess tiara ring, her stone at the top and mine as the 3rd choice. A nice tribute, beautifully done, and I can’t wait to give it to her. Love it!

Stone is Smaller than shown online. Wish you had a 14’ other than that it’s really pretty
Beautiful ring. It’s a Christmas gift so not sure if your sizing is correct yet ( just had her finger sized week before I ordered it ) so it should be okay .

Ordering online was easy. I was looking for a piece I could customize to memorialize the passing of my cat. The finished piece Was near perfect. I only wish the smaller peridot stones had more color. As they are now, they are not very vibrant and almost clear. It is still a nice piece of jewelry.

Why is it that every jewelry store lifetime warranties their diamond rings and you don't? What if my diamond ring needs to be cleaned? What if my diamond falls out in 4 years? To buy a $5k ring and not have it protected for life is quite terrifying!

I'm sure you can return it and can get a full refund if you're not satisfied. There was a seal on mine that said "not returnable if this seal is removed" which means to me it is returnable if you're not satisfied. Maybe you have to pay for postage but you can always ask them. Their customer care is great. They were really helpful when I needed help.

We ordered matching wedding bands with birthstones and engraving inside. They are sterling silver and they looked exactly as on the site and 6 months later it's still lovely. Many compliments received!

No, at least in my experiences, they did not stand up to the quality in the picture.
